Features

Fine perlage, straw yellow in color with fresh and fragrant notes. Dry, fresh on the palate, with good flavor and persistence.

Vinification

Pressing of the grapes with selection of the must, fermentation and aging in steel tanks, oak and acacia barrels and barriques until the draft. Aging in bottle on selected yeasts for 30 months until disgorgement.

Producer

On the hills north of Trento, an eighteenth-century farmhouse Villa Warth is the headquarters of the Francesco MOSER . Today everything is in the hands of the three children Francesca Carlo and Ignazio together with their nephew Matteo who follows the winemaking part. Chardonnay, riesling, gewurztraminer and pinot noir grow on gravelly and calcareous soils at an altitude between 300 and 450 meters. In the nearby Val di Cembra there are muller thurgau and chardonnay for the sparkling wine that is the flagship of the company in which the new generation strongly believes.
