Features


Straw yellow in color. On the nose a whirlwind of aromas with marked notes of elderberry and flower petals. With an intense, savory, fresh and elegant taste, with a marked minerality

Vinification


Fermentation of Kerner and Riesling in steel while the Sylvaner ferments in large wooden barrels. Aging for six months in wood, to then assemble the wines. After bottling, a further 16 months of rest before being placed on the market.

Fish and shellfish, white meats.

Producer

The Pacherhof winery is located in Novacella in the Isarco Valley. The owner Andreas Huber cultivates on the sunny slope above the town of Bressanone, about 8 hectares of white grape vineyards, Sylvaner, Riesling, Kerner, Pinot Grigio, Muller Thurgau, typical of the area and characterized by personality and elegance. Andreas pursues an idea of wine that allows to enhance the combination of the territory and the vine, where minerality and intense fruity notes are enclosed in his wines.
