Features

Ruby red wine with a tendency to garnet as it ages, fine and elegant. It convinces with its red berry fruit and soft tannin.

Vinification

Traditional vinification of the single grapes. The grapes are de-stemmed and pressed. Fermentation on the skin in stainless steel at a controlled temperature. Here the bloodletting is specially made to have more peel on less must. Separate malolactic for each wine in stainless steel, Always separately the grapes are placed in oak barrels for 6 months, then assembled.

Wine is ideal for different meals, even demanding ones such as roasts, game and with aged cheeses.

Producer

The PETER SOLVA winery is located in Caldaro and from father to son for ten generations, since 1731 it has always been involved in the production of wines. The bottling of its wines began in 1963, twelve hectares cultivated with native and international vines. The production is proposed in three interpretations by the Vineyard Line characterized by fragrant and easy to read wines, to move on to Amistar and De Silva where the interpretation of the territory and of the Alto Atesine traditions prevails.
