Features

Deep straw yellow color with greenish reflections, with a complex aroma, in which many sensations can be recognized: vanilla, hazelnut, hay, musk and flint. The taste is dry and frank, with a lot of character and an important structure.

Vinification

Fermentation and aging in small oak barrels for about 6 months in contact with its own yeast, with the effect of the "hourglass". Aging in stainless steel and bottle for a couple of years before being put on the market.

Pairings

Fish dishes, especially baked and salted.

Producer

The Pojer e Sandri company was born in 1975 from the meeting of Fiorentino Sandri and Mario Pojer. The first had just inherited about two hectares of vineyards, the second had recently graduated from the prestigious enology school of San Michele all'Adige. The protagonists are a tireless duo constantly looking for techniques and solutions to keep their wines always at the top. Today the Faedo company in Trentino boasts 32 hectares of property divided into small plots where respect for the environment and the surrounding nature is the main feature of Pojer and Sandri's philosophy. Only the most suitable varieties for the area are planted. We could easily identify it as a workshop in constant search for its prestigious wines.
