Features


Straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Fruity, pleasantly aromatic with hints of sage, peach and mala golden. On the palate, dry, savory and fresh with a slight acidic vein.

Vinification


Vinified and aged in steel at a controlled temperature and bottled.

Excellent as an aperitif, fish dishes, mushroom soups.

Producer

The Agricultural Society ZANOTELLI : winegrowers for generations since 1860, they keep a productive reality alive even in prohibitive conditions on the inaccessible slopes of the Cembra Valley, they closely follow the entire cycle of the vine, combining the heritage of culture and tradition with a constant innovative contribution. The wines reflect this path, resulting in bright and elegant mountain wines. About fifteen hectares of owned vineyards are located at altitudes between 500 and 800 meters above sea level.
In this area mainly suited to white grape varieties, we pass from Muller Thurgau to Chardonnay, from Pinot Grigio to Manzoni Bianco, from Riesling to Kerner. But do not forget the goodies such as Pinot Nero, Lagrein and the historic Schiava vine of the company ZANOTELLI . The offer is completed by two Trento Doc, Rosè and Brut, and a passito.
