Features


Brilliant straw yellow color, fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, elegant aroma with a prevalence of golden apples, and a light vein of bread crust. Dry, fresh, structured and persistent on the palate.

Vinification


Soft pressing of the grapes, followed by slow fermentation at 15/17 degrees. At least thirty months on the lees before disgorging.

Pairings


Excellent as an aperitif, but also for the whole meal.

Producer

The Agricultural Society ZANOTELLI : winemakers for generations since 1860, they keep a productive reality alive even in prohibitive conditions on the inaccessible slopes of the Cembra Valley, they closely follow the entire cycle of the vine, combining the heritage of culture and tradition with a constant innovative contribution. The wines reflect this path, resulting in bright and elegant mountain wines. About fifteen hectares of owned vineyards are located at altitudes between 500 and 800 meters above sea level.
In this area mainly suited to white grape varieties, we pass from Muller Thurgau to Chardonnay, from Pinot Grigio to Manzoni Bianco, from Riesling to Kerner. But don't forget the goodies such as Pinot Nero, Lagrein and Schiava, the historic vine of the company ZANOTELLI . The offer is completed by two Trento Doc, Rosè and Brut, and a passito.
