Features


Straw yellow color, with some greenish hues. The perlage is very fine and is characterized by an excellent persistence. The range of aromas on the nose is structured around aromas of apple, lime, fresh almond and peach. On the palate it is decidedly dry, fresh thanks to the excellent acidity, well balanced

Vinification

Refermentation in the bottle according to the Classic Method. Aging for at least 36 months on the lees in the bottle

Pairings


It goes very well with fried fish and with recipes where prawns are the protagonists. Also try with white meat main courses cooked with delicate preparations.

ALTEMASI , belongs to the famous Cavit cooperative of Trento, but is in fact managed as if it were an independent winery. The fulcrum of each activity is the innovative cellar, built in 1993 and designed exclusively to produce Classic Method Sparkling Wines and Charmat Method Sparkling Wines. A unique structure, extremely functional and equipped with the most modern and innovative enological technologies. This gives rise to labels with a unique personality enriched by refermentation in the bottle and resting on the lees for 15 to 36 months.
