Straw yellow color with greenish hues. Fine and intense perlage. Fine and intense aroma with notes of apple and citrus, accompanied by hints of minerals, candied fruit and pastry. Fresh and balanced on the palate. An important acidity highlights the texture and strength that support the elegant flavor and long persistence.

Vinification


Refermentation in the bottle according to the Classic Method. Aging 72 months on the lees.

A unique structure, extremely functional and equipped with the most modern and innovative enological technologies. This gives rise to labels with a unique personality enriched by refermentation in the bottle and resting on the lees for 15 to 36 months. Products that are characterized by the great finesse and elegance of Trento Doc.
