Features

Intense ruby color with violet reflections. On the nose hints of ripe cherry fruit and black currant, with light notes of vanilla. On the palate important volume, excellent tannic concentration, with a velvety touch that leaves a remarkable persistence in the aftertaste.

Vinification

In red, a long post-fermentation maceration of three to four weeks aims to increase the extraction of the tannin, enhancing its great maturation which lasts for 12 months in small oak barrels, and subsequent passage in steel. Aging for 24 months in the bottle.
