Brilliant straw yellow color, very fine and persistent perlage, fruity aromas with a balanced note of yeast. The taste is fresh, dry, with excellent persistence, with a nice aftertaste of dried fruit.


Separate vinification for the three vines with soft pressing of the grapes and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 14 ° -16 ° C. Aging takes place in stainless steel until spring on the yeasts of the first fermentation. Liquer de tirage is added to the base wine, placed in bottles closed with crown caps and stacked in the cellar at 10 ° -12 ° C, where the second fermentation begins. After this, the product remains on the lees for at least 24 months, before being degorgèe and put on the market.


Classic as an aperitif, it also goes well with light appetizers and a whole meal based on not particularly elaborate seafood recipes.


Historic South Tyrolean winery located in the area of Lake Caldaro. It was born in 1919 by the hand of Giuseppe KETTMEIR oenologist and expert connoisseur of South Tyrolean viticulture. The production is completed by the typical wines of the area: Muller, Pinot Bianco, Chardonnay, Pinot Nero and Moscato Rosa.
