Bright straw yellow color. On the nose fresh flowers, pear, melon, notes of vanilla and aromatic herbs. Full, structured, soft and fresh on the palate. Pinot grigio for connoisseurs.


Cold maceration after which the grapes undergo a delicate pressing. Fermentation in French oak barrels, maturation for twelve months in wood and a few months in steel before being bottled.

Tenuta PETER ZEMMER was born in 1928 in Cortina (BZ), a small town on the border between Alto Adige and Trentino. The property has about 60 hectares, with vineyards ranging from the cultivation of Pinot Grigio, Gewurztraminer, Pinot Bianco, Sauvignon and Chardonnay for the white grapes and Pinot Nero and Lagrein for the reds. The company philosophy is characterized by passion and rigor first in the vineyard and then in the cellar through agronomic and enological knowledge, giving rise to wines that represent the authentic characteristics of the territory.
