Features

The wine is brilliant, the nose is powerful and delicate at the same time, recalling notes of fresh peach and out of elderberry. On the palate it is exceptionally deep and clean, perfect to drink young, but capable of evolving well over time, developing notes of wild white berries and Mediterranean lemons.

Vinification

After a cold maceration of about six hours, the grapes are gently pressed. Fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature. The wine matures in tanks for five months, and then bottled.

Pairings

Soups, soups, focaccias.

Producer

A series of small vineyards scattered in the valley of the lakes (Lasino) between the Brenta Dolomites and Lake Garda. Traditional and interspecific crops under the watchful eye of the young enologist Erika Pedrini who has been able to give life to a wide range of authentic, well-dosed, highly drinkable wines.
