Features

Straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, fine, with fruity notes of apple, white flowers and hints of flint. In the mouth it is fresh, and savory with good persistence.

Vinification

After soft pressing and natural clarification through sedimentation, partially spontaneous fermentation follows, thanks to natural yeasts, in 500-liter oak barrels (Tonneaux). After the malolactic fermentation, the aging takes place for 9 months on the raw lees, followed by further refinement in steel tanks for 6 months. Bottling with light filtration.

The Abraham Estate was born by the hand of Martin and Marlies Abraham, where in 2011, they decided to vinify their own grapes, focusing on responsible management of the vineyards, respecting and preserving with passion the character of the land in the area of Appiano San Michele (BZ ). In 2012 the new cellar was built where the wines are vinified, while in the existing structure the wines find the right environment for aging. The wines produced are Pinot Bianco, Gewurztraminer, Pinot Nero and Schiava, characteristic, expressive wines of great charm.
