Brilliant ruby red colour. On the nose, complex, fine, with fruity notes of small ripe red berries and cherry, hints of roses and vanilla. In the mouth it is savoury, fresh, with soft tannins. Full-bodied, intense and with a long taste persistence.

After destemming, the ripe grapes are placed in fermentation barrels and fermented with natural yeasts. After three weeks of maceration, soft pressing and clarification through natural sedimentation. Maturation in oak casks of 500 litres. It remains on the fine lees for 15 months

Red meats, game.

The Abraham Estate was founded by Martin and Marlies Abraham, where in 2011, they decided to make their own wine from their own grapes, focusing on responsible vineyard management while respecting and passionately preserving the character of the land in the area of Appiano San Michele (BZ). In 2012 the new winery was built where the vinification of the wines takes place, while in the existing structure the wines find the right environment for maturation. The wines produced are Pinot Blanc, Gewurztraminer, Pinot Noir and Schiava, characteristic, expressive wines of great charm.
